By 1907 occupied by George Richmond's 3rd cousin Ralph Edward Tatham, where he died 16 Sep 1907. Described by Curtis as "a meeting place for earlier generations of the Tatham family". Apartments in Apr 1911. In May 2010 a listed building, with LCC blue plaque. Also known then as Crown House.
