  Notes	Whitefoord v. Crofts. Mr. Justice Roskill, sitting in the Queen's Bench Division, entered judgment for agreed damages totalling £20,500 and costs in this action by Mr. Neil Esmond Anthony Whitefoord, aged 24, of Upper Richmond Road, Putney, S.W.15, for damages for negligence resulting in personal injuries and consequential loss to him when the car in which he was being carried as a passenger at Sprowston, Norfolk, on April 13, 1960, was in collision with another car driven by Leonard Victor Crofts, who was killed. Mr. Marven Everett, Q.C., for the plaintiff, said that a trust fund was being set up to administer the damages. His Lordship, entering judgment, said that £11,000 in court be paid out in part satisfaction, and the balance be paid within 14 days to the plaintiff's solicitors to be held in trust in their client account.
