In the Name of God Amen
I Robert Bloxham of Banbury in the County of Oxford butcher being of sound and disposing mind & memory 
Do make & declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following 
Imprimis I order that all my just debts & funeral expenses to be paid and discharged and afterwards
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Jabez Bloxham one silver tankard with the silver spoon
Provided and on no other terms than that he my son Jabez aforesaid shall discharge my executor named from all debts bonds bills or notes of hand be they or either of them of what nature soever contracted between them
Item I give unto my son Andrew Bloxham one shilling and no more
Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Ansley one shilling 
Item I give unto my son William Bloxham some part of my wearing apparel as my executor shall think fit & no more
Item I give unto my grandson William Bloxham some part of my wearing apparel as my executor shall think fit 
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin Bloxham all my working tools and implements of trade belonging to me as a butcher be these more or less
Item I give unto my sons Benjamin Bloxham and Jabez Bloxham all the rest & residue of my effects as household goods & household stuff as bedding linen pewter brass plate money books book debts being the same more or less to be equally divided betwixt or amongst them within twelve months after my decease 
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Benjamin Bloxham aforesaid to be full and sole executor of this my last will and testament 
Revoking all other wills or pretensions of wills by me formerly made whatsoever
Declaring this my last will & testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this eighth day of January in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred thirty five

Sealed published and declared by the said Robert Bloxham the said testator to be his last will & testament 
In the presence of us who have in his presence & at his request subscribed our names hereunto as witnesses the day and year as above written 
James Stewart. William Grimes. Richard Stewart.
Proved the 8th day of August 1738 before the Revd. David Trimnell Doctor in Divinity 
By the oath of Benjamin Bloxham named and lawfully acting as executor
To whom administration was committed he being first sworn duly to administer.
