    • He died on Tuesday the 9th July 1816 Aged 6 Yrs 6 Mos 7 days through the following distressing accident: being at play with his brother Lawrence & Sister Maria on the Bridge over the Brook at St John's Warwick, rolling a hoop from one to the other; a Chaise from Rugby with Scholars coming into town knocked him down & the Wheel went over his head, he lived 5 hours afterwards in an insensible state & died about 7 o'clock in the Evening -- Buried at St Mary's Church Yard, Warwick.
