    • This is the last will and testament of me Henry Tatham of Charing Cross Gunmaker I give devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal unto my wife Mary Ann for her sole and absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said wife and my son Joseph executrix and executor of this my said will Dated this twentieth day of September one thousand eight hundred and thirty three Henry Tatham /L-S/ signed sealed published and declared by the said testator in the presence of us both in his presence and in the presence of each other and have at the request of the the said testator hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Joseph Tatham, Lincoln's Inn, George Senior, John Lockton his clerks.
      Proved at London the 25 June 1835 before the Worshipful John Daubeny Dr of Laws and Surrogate by the oaths of Mary Ann Tatham widow the relict and Joseph Tatham the son as Exors to whom Admon was granted being first sworn duly. [PCC]
