Rhodesia, b. at Burton-on-Trent, England, 1866, d. 28 Dec., 1920, at Bulawayo, aged 54. Mr. Arthur Molyneux, who went to Natal in 1881, entered Rhodesia as one of the pioneers in 1891, and served in various military capacities, and was a member of the Victorian Column under the gallant Major Alan Wilson, who afterwards fell at Ishangand. He was afterwards associated with the discovery and development of the Tuli and Sengwe coalfields in Rhodesia. His best known scientific works were on the origin of the Zambesi Falls and the Sinoia Caves. He m. Kitty, 3rd dau. of a London merchant, Frederick Pullen; by whom, who d. circ. 1918, he left a dau., Miss Muriel Molyneux. [Curtis]
